New Membership Application

Before You Begin
Please carefully review the following, then click Begin Application when you are ready to proceed with completing the application.

APPLICATION FEES – Upon submitting application you must send in a $100 application fee before your 1st reading can be held.

DUES and FEES – At your 2nd reading, the month you are voted in, you will pay your dues for your first year according to the table below. Included in the table are the following fees:

Membership Dues Amount based on month voted in Individual Adult, age 18 or older
Land Fund Assessment $60 per year Payable for five years for a total of $300
Club Service Assessment $125 This covers your hours obligation for your first year. You will be required to complete 5 hours of service to the club each season thereafter.
Total Amount Due Amount based on month voted in Payable at 2nd reading only. Do not submit ahead of time.

If you wish there is a SPECIAL ASSESSMENT of $50 per year, per family, for your family members (spouse/partner, sons or daughters) 18-26 years and living at home.

All adult memberships are renewable on April 1 of the year after being voted in. JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP is $40.00 per year for ages 10 to 18 and parents are not members. Junior membership runs from Nov 1 through Oct 31 of the following year.

PAYMENT & LETTERS OF REFERENCE

Two character reference letters and all fees must be submitted after completing this online application. Letters must include writer's name, address and telephone number. If the applicant possesses a valid Connecticut State Concealed Carry Permit, then no Letters of Recommendation are required.
